Once each month we delve into the tools of yoga —breath, meditation and movement —and explore lifestyle choices you can make to live with clarity and vitality. Each workshop is lively and experiential, offering tools you can use in your daily life to promote brain longevity. Jane Stelboum, E-RYT, is the Founder of Sarasvate and is a Certified Brain Longevity Specialist®, a certification she earned through the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation’s Brain Longevity® Therapy Training.
As a reminder:
* bring a mat if you have one or have an area on the floor or rug where you can practice, or, you may elect to use a chair.
* if you are getting down on the floor or rug, have a chair nearby for help getting up and down
* If you are getting down on the floor it would be good to have a blanket or towel nearby to pad your knees or sit on it
