The Baldwin is expanding to meet demand!
With demand for senior living at an all-time high and growing every day, openings in Life Plan Communities can be hard to come by. In fact, the most desirable communities — including The Baldwin — have waitlists that can span years. To address this need, The Baldwin is expanding to add 66 new independent living apartment homes to our campus.
This expansion of our award-winning community will offer a selection of one- and two-bedroom floor plans with impressive features designed to enhance your life. Plus, with all buildings connected and underground parking available, you’ll be able to come and go and enjoy easy access to programs and amenities without ever having to go outside in inclement weather.

We anticipate a timeline of just under two years from the time we begin accepting reservations until construction is complete and the new building is ready for move-ins. Many people find it helpful to use this time to thoughtfully downsize their belongings and prepare for a stress-free move.
- Fall 2026: We will begin accepting reservations for these new apartment homes, with Advantage Club waitlist members having priority in choosing their apartment type and location.
- Spring 2027: Selections of finishes, fixtures, and custom options
- Summer 2028: Move-ins begin
