Full-Time Janitor – Independent Living

The Baldwin is seeking a full-time first shift janitor with at least 2 years of janitorial experience performing tasks such as floor care/mopping, carpet care, trash/recycle disposal, vacuuming, and function setups. Must be able to maintain a cooperative and courteous attitude despite simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and withstand long periods of walking and standing. Rotating weekend & holiday schedule will apply. No nights!
