The Baldwin is seeking an experienced full-time Jr. Sous Chef who can create high-quality, from scratch food, with great taste and has an eyes eat first mentality. Candidates will creatively plan and prepare various special dishes, assist the executive Chef in directing and educating staff in menu knowledge and food information, ensuring quality food and service and will fill in for the Executive Chef when needed. Candidates need to have a passion for good food, strong line skills, a strong team approach, and a willingness to learn and grow. Flexible work schedule with no late nights!
