The Baldwin is seeking a part time (20 hour) Life Enrichment Assistant who displays a warm presence and projects a positive image in interactions with residents and the public. This position will work Tuesday-Saturday.
The ideal candidate will be professional and will work well as part of a team. The LE Assistant will attend resident programs both on and offsite, assist residents, and accompany residents on trips as needed, always ensuring their safety. This position will also assist with program set up and organization of events. A genuine interest and compassion for the aging and ability to maintain a cooperative and courteous attitude despite simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer experience required. Experience in activities and/or senior living experience is highly preferred.
The LE Assistant hired will receive:
$500 to be received after 6 months of employment
$500 received after 1 year of employment
