LNA- Part Time

The Baldwin is seeking part time LNA’s to join our team! We are looking for people who are excited as we are to support seniors and each other by living our values of compassion, respect, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork, and be a part of The Baldwin’s very special and caring culture.

Part time is available on the 11p-7a shift, working every other weekend.

Responsibilities will include performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living, reporting and recording observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated, providing daily documentation of resident care provided as required by facility policy and/or regulations, answers call lights promptly and courteously, provides care and services according to resident’s care plan as outlined in medical record, and assist residents with medically necessary tests, procedures, as ordered by the physician. Candidates must display a genuine interest and compassion for the aging, possess openness in maintaining a multi-disciplinary team approach to care for the elderly, be able to maintain a cooperative and courteous attitude despite simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have a wiliness to learn and grow.
