At The Baldwin, our assisted living and memory support households will be built around the innovative small-home model of care that has proven so successful at our sister community, Edgewood. Each specialized, state-of-the-art home will accommodate ten residents, with daily life centering around a central living area with a fireplace, and an open kitchen and dining area where a chef will prepare household meals. For privacy and comfort, each resident will enjoy their own master suite with a full bathroom.
It’s a model designed to build community, encourage social engagement, empower independence and ensure the personalized attention each resident deserves.
