CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Peek inside as The Baldwin continues to open new areas.

In this month’s construction update video, you’ll get a look inside at some of the amenity spaces in the Commons building as well as some of the pocket gathering areas in building E. See the library that’s quickly filling up with books, look around the living room with its spectacular hanging fireplace, and explore the Auditorium and learn about its acoustical features. Next, you’ll get a snowy view outside, looking toward the pedestrian bridge, before going into building E. In this building you’ll see examples of two of the gathering spaces spread throughout all four residential buildings where residents will enjoy both planned and impromptu gatherings. Some art, furniture, and other finishing touches are still to come, but residents are already starting to enjoy all the beautiful spaces at The Baldwin.

You’ll also get an update on building D and building C — known as Orchard Inn, home to our assisted living and memory support households. Bob also shares a unique feature of all apartments — the dual-purpose, on-demand hot water units. These units save energy while providing hot water to each apartment’s kitchen and bathrooms as well as to the heating system.
