• Graphic moss wall: Located in the lobby of building E, this creative treatment sets the tone for the gathering space just outside the wellness areas.
• Fitness Center: This well-equipped, light-filled gym overlooks the water feature.
• Group Exercise and Yoga Studio: The colorful ceiling makes this an inspiring place to exercise.
• Aquatic Center: Here, it’s always a balmy 85 degrees — the perfect temperature for enjoying the pool and whirlpool in all seasons.
• Hair Salon and Spa: Get a trim, a massage, or some pampering nail care just a short walk from your apartment home.
• Community Store: Think old-time general store that combines a selection of grocery items and resident-made crafts with a gathering area where residents can enjoy meeting up and sharing the news of the day.
• Pedestrian Bridge: This enclosed, temperature-controlled bridge crosses Wexford Drive, giving residents access to all areas of the community without ever having to go outside in inclement weather.
