The Baldwin is seeking experienced part time Servers who are hospitality driven and can make each meal an experience for the guest. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, a strong team approach and a willingness to learn and grow. This is an hourly position with a flexible work schedule, so no more guessing how much you will make each shift and no more late nights! The Baldwin prides itself on being a great place to work with excellent culture and competitive pay. Must have experience working as a Server in a resort, hotel, or club. Beer/Wine/Alcohol knowledge is a plus.
