The Baldwin received the Gold “On the Boards” Design Award in the National Association of Home Builders’ 2020 Best of 55+ Housing Awards. According to McKnight’s Senior Living, the awards honor “excellence and innovation in the design, development, lifestyle and marketing of communities and homes that appeal to the mature market.” The awards were announced in January 2020 during the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.
