With no shareholders to satisfy, all “profits” are reinvested in the community for the benefit of residents — the people we exist to serve.

The entrance fee guarantees your residency at The Baldwin, use of the common amenities, and guaranteed priority access to in-home resident services, assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, and nursing care, should you ever need them. Entrance fees vary based on the specific residence and the number of people who will occupy it.

Is The Baldwin affordable for me?
To ensure The Baldwin’s financial health, we have guidelines for accepting new residents. We look for assets equal to at least two times the entrance fee. These assets may include your home, other property, investments, and cash. We also look for 1.5 times the monthly fee in income from all sources including pensions, Social Security, annuities, IRAs, and other resources.
The Baldwin offers a range of options to fit many needs and financial goals. Apartment home monthly fees for one person start at $4,638 with an entrance fee of $300,470. And, depending on the residency agreement you choose, part of your entrance fee may be refundable when you leave the community.
