The Baldwin is the brainchild of ESSG — created in response to growing interest in a vibrant, engaged senior living community to serve the people of southern New Hampshire. Edgewood has built its reputation on an unwavering commitment to resident satisfaction and actively empowering New England seniors to be the architects of their own well-being. The Baldwin is an expansion of this commitment, blending the best of Edgewood’s resident-centered philosophy and innovative spirit with the local history and culture of Londonderry.
